Formally an old cotton mill, Riverside Mill was restored and repurposed into a restaurant (Cotton) and event venue (Canal) with a modern glass connector to an adjacent medical office building. As a tax-credit project, the original interior walls, floors, and structure were thoughtfully incorporated into the design, and complemented with contemporary and eclectic furnishings.
